We send updates by Email, Phone, Fax, or Chat. Our clients receive their logos in progress to see how they would like it to be modified further. We want our clients to submit their ideas and we will create it for them with 100% profession.
- Different Formats
Whether it is .png, .jpg, .bmp, or simply the finished product itself, we will send you copies of every common format used. We will also create other formats of your logo, theme, or wallpaper if you should need a different one.
- Backups
All our work is backed up and stored in a safe area not accessible by the internet. Whether it is 1 week to 1 year, we will have your logo, theme, or wallpaper as long as you remain a client of the Web Secure Pro Design Center. We allow re-downloads for existing clients if they should need another copy of their design.
